SAVANNAH, Ga. — With less than a month remaining until the 2026 Black Business Expo, the Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce is continuing its community-wide marketing campaign, recently appearing on WSAV’s Community Corner to invite the public to attend one of the region’s largest celebrations of Black-owned businesses.
Scheduled for Saturday, August 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Savannah Convention Center, the Expo is expected to welcome thousands of attendees and feature more than 150 vendors, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, two stages of programming, live entertainment, networking opportunities, and educational panel discussions.
The Chamber’s media appearances are part of an extensive promotional campaign designed to maximize exposure for participating businesses while encouraging the community to shop, connect, and invest in local entrepreneurs.

“Every interview, every social media post, every community event, and every conversation is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible businesses that will be part of this year’s Expo,” said Tabitha Donnell, Business Development Manager for the Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce. “Our goal is simple: fill the Savannah Convention Center with people who are ready to discover new businesses, make meaningful connections, and support entrepreneurs who are investing back into our community.”
This year’s Expo reflects the Chamber’s theme of “Bigger. Better. Bolder.” Attendees can expect a full day of shopping, networking, entertainment, and business education, including panel discussions covering entrepreneurship, public policy, wealth building, leadership, and legacy planning.
The event will also feature a new two-stage experience. The Main Stage will host keynote conversations and expert-led discussions, while the Community Spotlight Stage will showcase live demonstrations, creator conversations, business spotlights, and cultural performances throughout the day.
The Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce encourages businesses, families, community organizations, and visitors from across the region to attend and experience the energy and innovation of Savannah’s Black business community.
Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to register in advance.
